Kindly note, this PowerPoint presentation has been circulating for the past few years, and it is fake. The claim that a patient will not be able to cough and survive a heart attack is false. I encourage you to search on Google for more information on why this presentation is fake. Therefore, please refrain from circulating any medical-related emails or PowerPoint presentations without verifying the information with a doctor. There is a significant number of fake PowerPoint presentations circulating globally. While the intention behind the initiative may be genuine, this specific PowerPoint presentation is indeed fake. Be cautious.

I totally agree with hkram as I am a medical doctor. The only thing you should and can do safely is to stop the car, call your doctor or a loved one, and lie down in the left lateral position. Wait for someone to assist you.
