I want to understand what are the responibilities of comp & benefit manager. In case of sales driven organization, how can we keep a tab of the sales men working across the branches. specially in cases of resignation when they just move out without any intimation.
I also want to understand about the PF and ESIC act. From where I will be able to get the correct information about it.

Well, I am not sure about Comp & Ben but incase of PF & ESIC Act just for your information on 7th March 2010 there will be a one day workshop on Payroll & HR Compliance which will include all details about ESIC & PF. Incase your interested I will forward the mail across to you.
