Hi,

Here is the reply:

1. To reach a managerial level in handling administration functions, starting from the beginning with documentation, screening calls, meeting alignments, logistics arrangements, and travel arrangements.
2. To handle successful management and arranging of events even if given a short span of time with minimum resources.
3. Communication and go-getter skills to interact with other departments.
4. Ensure meeting arrangements are in place with all available resources, time management, and confirmation of participants and attendees.
5. Through Outlook or MS Office Outlook.
6. Check with participants on their attendance for the meeting, the way of the meeting, personal/telephonic/conference call, etc.
7. Have a draft of schedules of flight details, bus details to and from the place, and give the options to the boss so that he can choose the best suitable for him.

All the very best.

Regards,
Padma
