Actually, in holding a training, first, you should know what is needed. This can be identified through Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Once you have conducted the TNA and obtained the results, you can develop the program based on your data. When it comes to selecting the activities, of course, you should provide the appropriate games tailored to their specific needs.

Hi, I tend to agree with Geir Karim. However, if you have already gone through such a process, i.e., have well-defined training needs in front of you, you can visit businessballs.com to access a variety of training games, activities, models, and related information.

What are soft skills ? How to learn? First understand it, now you have to read others mentality to understand him/her. Automatically you are in a position to teach it. Thanks & Regards.

Dear aussiejohn & geri.karim,
I completely agree with you both. But with due respect, let me also highlight that at times we don't get much time to search because of work pressure. That's why we seek advice or help from others. So if we have any information handy, we should always share it. If you share your knowledge or information with others, you are not losing anything. However, it is just how I think. Nothing personal.

Dear all, I really don’t know the reason behind the repeated post... Please do check with the forum using the search tab and then post the query/question.

Everyone has work pressures. The problem here is that everyone just keeps asking the same question over and over again. No one is prepared to do any work, just copy someone else's. That does nothing to help you grow as a person and build your expertise.
When you are training, you need to tailor the training to the group and particular circumstances of your company. Every training course I run is tailored specifically to the people I am training, so you will not find me posting anything here as it would be totally irrelevant to your group.
I am happy to share knowledge, but I will not give you training material that I have taken time and trouble to prepare because you are not prepared to put any effort into preparing your training courses.

Hi, I have joined citeman.com around 3-4 months ago, and I found this very useful for me because I am working at Continentel Pharma as a Territory Manager commercial Manager in the company. The type of information available on this site is very useful for me and can be used in day-to-day business to perform and carry out the job responsibilities assigned to me by the management from time to time.
