Hi Ravi,
I have a question related to your Job post.
I would like to know how a "Behavioral Intelligence Training" requires you to post - 'We strictly want good looking & out of the box thinkers'?
Have you checked and followed up with the 'anti-discrimination law obligations' while posting this job add?

Thats so true
Thank you for lighting up that point
But being a B.I. Trainer
Its not just work
As we are into commercial public workshops even
Its lot of glamor quo involved
& thats the reason why we have posted it
By the way a person who is a trainer himself needs to be very disciplined & very fit as he is the guide light for the people
But if you see many trainers (No offense) are bulky, uncharismatic & very old traditional thinkers
If you see for example OSHO, he was a highly charismatic & a fit personality & his lines where very modern for example "Who says that you only should meditate sitting under a tree, I sit in my Royal Royce & put on the music & meditate"
Somewhere very technically all these things matter a lot
Have I solved your query?

Sure you have Ravi.
Come to think of it 'looks' is a very relative term and perhaps not limiting to only the physical size/shape i.e. being fat or fit and thus my question on perhaps discriminating against those who may have inherited few aspects of their looks by birth, etc.
As for Osho, everyone has a right to his/her opinion and agreeing/disagreeing to others' ideologies and that is what makes us democratic without forcing ones beliefs on others.
Thank you for a prompt response.
Have a good day.
