I am currently working on Compensation & Benefits in our organisation.
I have few questions please help me on that.
1. What are different aspects are covered under Compensation & Benefits.
2. When we say person is expert in Comp. & Benefits, what does it mean exactly?
3. Further to clarify does it only cover salary perparation, Insurance part or anything else?
I know these are small questions but will help to enrich the knowledge.
