Hi,
SAP HCM is a good career option. There are many projects in India and abroad, it required dedication and hard work to grasp the subject. As you being from a MBA background, you can look for a Functional Consultant job. Generally, a functional consultant need not be from a Technical background (MCA, BTech..). You will be more into interacting with Clients, Stakeholders, Business Partners and within your organization. Functional Consultant will be involved in Configurations and preparing project related documentations with consultation of Project Manager.
So, its required good communication & presentation skills to be a good functional consultant. Online Training will cost you less when compared to class room training.
Thank you
Regards
