Hi Readers, I am in the HR Dept of a company which operates out of IGI airport Delhi and soon will be expanding to the airports of other cities as well. Could you please suggest what all statutory HR registers we are required to keep at the site in case of any comliance officer visit.
We maintain the attendance register at the site, Salary is processed centrally thus, we have it in soft copy which may be shown on request. Other than that any PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus registers/ notices are to be displayed at the site which are statutory?

Hi... If your organization is comes under service providing company then under contract labour act it is mandatory to maintain all the records at the site office. Regards Sudhir

Hi all,
We are running F&B outlets at the IGI airport.
We are expecting labour inspection within this week. Plz run me through the statutory records that need to be presented to the LAbour Inspector.

if you are contractor for that project, pls take labour license(if engaging more than 20 employees in any day) maintain the attandence and wage register in the site office, and pls display the abstract of labour laws(Contract labour act, Gratutiy act, Bonus act, Child labour act, Payment of wages act, Min wages act,) and pls display of rate of wages as per Delhi minimum wages, with out any fail
