Nice presentation. But, regarding the leadership styles contained in the presentation, I have some reservations, like that allocation of colours to the leadrship styles does not reflect the true nature of leaderhip styles as per the world renowned leadership authors. For example, which coloured leadership style would fit as situational or transactional leadership, or which coloured leadership style would fit as delegative or democratic leadership styles? A person may have to go through all coloured leadership styles and think aggressively, as which one or more of these styles actually he needs to follow and in which situation.



Anyway, can you please identify the author of these leadership styles for my information.



What I feel, as per the School Teacher Leader Institute of the University of Southern Mississipi, the leadership styles have been carved out to prepare educators for positions of leadership in the most challenging and competitive educational systems in US as per the following links of the school. So, this may perhaps not fit the universal application in the corporate world.
