Wow, that is a scary PowerPoint. Under our Labour Relations Act, interviewers would not be able to behave as you describe. If you are kept waiting longer than a reasonable time, the interviewee has the right to complain!

Dear @citehr,

I would like to disagree with one point. Keeping the interviewee waiting for hours, the candidate may come with a plan to attend other interviews or go back to the office. It may be part of their planning. If the candidate rejects the opportunity, it doesn't mean that they can't handle the stress.
