I would like to say "Hello" to everybody here. I just joined as a new member from Hong Kong. The reason why I am here is that I want to search for some samples on how to make an employment contract for my company's driver from the internet. Somehow, I found this website and it seems to be helpful for me. I am just a beginner in HR because I have never worked in HR or had any experience in HR before. So, I have faced many problems in HR since I started working in this field.
One of the current issues I am facing is that I have no idea how to create an employment contract for a company driver because I think the contract for a company driver is different from a normal office position. I hope that all of you can help me out.
By the way, please forgive me for not being good at English; maybe you might not understand what I mean, and there could be many spelling mistakes.

I would have been happy to help you had there been some more information on the nature of duties, job description, etc., of the company driver. What kind of vehicles are they required to drive? Light vehicles like cars, vans, etc., used for personal transport; or medium vehicles like delivery vans, service vans, or heavy vehicles like buses, trucks, etc.
I don't know the usual hours of working, provisions, if any, for overtime, etc. For that matter, I have no idea about the nature of the business of your company. I also need a sample of an Employment Contract (any designation) as a sample to understand the format, style, and contents of your company's employment contract.
Hope you understand now. Without this info, all one can do is send you a few samples of an employment contract, which may not be suitable for your requirement.
