Hi, I need some help regarding setting up a system for training- specifically about four quadrants of learning, skills matrix. Can anyone send me any material on the same?

Thank you. However, I was actually looking for something different. There are four stages: the first stage is learning, the second is when the person can work with supervision, the third is without supervision, and the fourth is when he can train other people. Do you have any information or materials regarding this?

OK. I think you are referring to a branch of Japanese quality. This might help Lean Manufacturing Blog, Kaizen Articles, and Advice | Gemba Panta Rei.

Hello Vashwini, The best thing to do is search the web using keywords from your query. Please take a look at some of the links at [Google Search for learning doing and teaching + four stages of learning](http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=learning+ doing+and+teaching+%2B+four+stages+of+learning&amp ;amp;btnG=Google+Search&meta=&rlz= 1R2SKPB_enGB332&aq=f&oq=). Have a nice day.

I think the desired reply is:

1. Unskilled: Needs supervision, can't work alone.
2. Skilled: Can work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Expert: No supervision required, but unable to train others.
4. Master: Can work independently and can train others.
