I have a plan to do the MBA in correspondance. So, please suggest me which university has the good scope in correspondence course and the details about the university.

You can opt for Symbiosis, IMT Ghaziabad or Annamalai University. They provide good study sources with vast coverage of Study centres)
If you 5+ years experience after Graduation, you can also think to pursue Executive Diploma in HR form reputed institutes like IIMs.(please check the accurate eligibility from the website). Also there are some satellite programs running in HR institutes like XLRI.
All the Best!!

I don't know whether R U working or not ? But if U R really interested in correspondance course, Tilak Maharashtra University is offering MBA in Distance Mode. The fees charged are also comparatively low. Symboisys is another option but it is not distance it is on part time basis as per my knowledge. ICFAI University is also a good option. For finance related career option there are various diploma's. The fee structure is varying ranging 29K to 4L per year. Adarsh Shikshan Sanstha is offering Executive-MBA but it is a autonomous but has greater weigtage. These are some of the univesities which offers distance mode of MBA. I have completed my MBA from Tilak Maharashtra University just few motnths before. It's good.
If possible i will send you other details.

You are already a Phd in Psychology and already have te qualification for an HR job.....why would you just go and do an MBA.
You have an option of working in Counselling and recruitment, both of which can be done part-time and full time. Check with Recruitment agencies, Institution, schools, NGO;s who would need such services.
