Hello everyone..
I am a banker for 2years currently posted in Mathura NCR Region. I originally belong to Assam. I never had any problems in current posting I am adaptable personally. But my Fathers medical condition[He is adiabetic and currently his condition worsened and had to be hospitalised 2times within a span of 4months] is forcing me write an application for inter regional transfer to Guwahati region. All medical documents in support are with me. Anyone help me please.

Dear All
I have something to add as under:-
In case the employee is transferred from one state to another, as a HR professional, acting in bonafide, we have to pay for the transportation charges for the employee as well his family for the class he/she is entitled to the TA/DA policy of the Company.
2. Reasonable Transportation charges for shifting his/her household goods may also to be paid subject to submission of valid proof.
3. For reasonable number of days(7-10) days arrangements be made for his/her stay enabling him/her to find an accommodation of Choice.
4. The emoluments, by virtue of the transfer, should not be adversely affected.
