Poll is on the top of the post. That is where it appears by default. I also thought it would have been better if it used to appear in the body of the post itself. Thanks and Regards Ashutosh

Hi
I agree with the statements made by that feedback on performance is important.
I will add here the performance must be inclined to the outcomes of the task allocated or assigned. It is said that when you give hammer to your Boss, everything to him seems to be 'Nail'.

Sir, My vote for feedback on performance. Why? because I feel that being a professional only RESULT matter. No body is concerned about how much efforts you put , your strengthes.

Dear All
It's really heartening to see such a good response to the poll.
While I prepared the poll, I had an entirely different expectation of what the results would be. But that is how things like this go most of the times.
Feedback on performance is definitely important, I agree. I am, however, more surprised to see a higher than expected response to feedback on weaknesses.
Though, this feedback is very important, people don't take it with an open mind. Something very counter-intuitive is emerging here.
The poll is still open and more responses are welcome.
Thanks again
Ashutosh
