Can anybody help me in defining Organization structure with roles and responsibilities and required competencies for each level. I am looking for defining the grading or banding system with the designations as per the Industry standards that is generally followed in the Software Industry.

Organization structure are been done bascially to suite the company and also induse a sense of responsibility to the employees and also boost the moral of the people who dont't perform, its different in almost all organization weather it be IT or non IT.
It demonstrate the level of the company inhouse n also to the global market.

I am looking in the Organization structure management levels, Job structure—- job design, job analysis, job description, job specification etc. and also the grading or the banding system in which the employee is positioned meeting the competencies.
