Hi,
I am in a company that deals with providing electrical assistance to MNCs. Could anyone help me with ideas on motivating employees who are working on sites in MNCs, especially during these challenging times when the general morale of most people is at an all-time low? The designations of the employees include Electrician, Site supervisor, AC technician, etc.
All ideas are welcome.

You wanted to elevate the motivation level of a certain section of employees. But then why is their motivation level low? This you have not written. Managers play a vital role in maintaining the motivation level of subordinates. A manager should be a role model. His/her behavior counts a lot.
