Dear Vadiraj, We issue form-V to the labour contractor/vendor for obtaining contract labour license if the no of contractual labour engaged is 20 or more. regards Brijesh

Thanks, Mr. Brijesh. Is that the only condition where we issue Form-V, or do we have any other exceptions? Do you mean to say that having more than 20 employees from a single vendor at a single location/store (our premises) triggers this requirement, or are there any other exemptions? Kindly clarify.
