Excellent PowerPoint on doubling profits in a recession. Since sales cannot increase, and you have to keep investors happy, this is the best way. Enjoy!

I have converted the PPT to PDF and uploaded it since there was confusion about the password with the PPT.

What are your thoughts on this? Has anyone looked at reducing COPQ to increase profits? Have people realized how much COPY we actually budget for?

All your PowerPoint presentations are only focused on cost-cutting. Where are the business improvement techniques? I am planning to start a consultancy in a month. Please provide any suggestions you may have (Note: During a recession, there may not be a need to close positions. Are there specific skills in high demand during a recession for recruitment?)

Dear kvmksrinivas,

I have just downloaded it once again, and it is opening fine. It is now uploaded in PDF format, so you will need Acrobat Reader to view it. If you have downloaded the earlier one, which was a PowerPoint, please click "Read Only" when it asks for a password.

Hope this helps.
