I recently joined as an HR in a retail organization. I am feeling confused about whether I need to write any letters to any government authorities such as the PF, ESIC office, etc. Can anyone guide me on how to write letters to government bodies? How can I use higher-level language? Is there any book or website that can guide me in this regard?
