I am working an electronic company as a Sr. Executive Hr. occasionally I found myself lack of communication with talk to my superior.
plz help me how to improve my confidence level to take communication skill. and how I improve my english & presentation skill.

To improve u r communication u need the self-confidence, firstly belive on ur self that u r english is better than other person so then only u can reduce infiority complex. When u r right donot think to be confident in u r words. Before speak just think it is right to speak r not ok ...........

i think confidence comes along with the knowledge we have about the subject or event about which we are going to take reasonable time to gather knowledge
in the subject which ur going to communicate with ur superiors.having enough knowledge will automatically boost ur confidence.only people who doesnot have enough
knowledge over a subject will try to be confident but end in mere arrogance. so content mastery is basis for confidence. try that. .
