Ask yourself, what do we need for organization development?
Yes, you are right. "We need to strengthen our basics, our self-confidence, image, and esteem, the belief that each one of us has in us the spirit called 'let's create a good atmosphere by following laid down rules and regulations and hence create a healthy and professional organization.'"
Now the word organization is compared to everything, from small household groups to socializing groups to time-killing groups.
We do adhere to some ethics in all these places, like having good dress and trying to impress others.
How can we impress others and form relationships when we are not outspoken or when we are not strong in current or past affairs?
The basis for every success is respecting ourselves and believing in our strength and loving our image.
This can happen when we are proud of ourselves, which comes out from some facts about us to speak. When I talk about us (it's about our country) as this motherland is the one that is securing our lives.

Amazing and true facts. There are lots and lots of never-ending facts about India and Indians who made our country a world-beater. There will be no space and time to mention everything.
I hope this ppt can work wonders to regain the confidence level of us as Indians, as we are too timid to project ourselves, and that good work was done by SWAMI VIVEKANANDA.
I do teach these values in my training sessions. I teach all forms of English and other skill sets, and I tell people to instill confidence with some statements like, "We need to be positive and proud that western countries are looking at us for our quality, hard work, intelligence, smartness, and hence outsourcing their jobs to us."
Try to speak this language to our brethren, friends, colleagues, and the next generation.
Leaving our unnecessary schedulers, let's focus on our glorious past and work with all the same enthusiasm and energy to regain the glory once again.
