Job Rotation Policy:
Jobs: There are 5 jobs in the Finance Department - A, B, C, D, E.
Process: A will shift from job A to B, B to C, C to D, D to E, and E to A every six months.
Purpose: Job rotations for multi-skilling and multi-tasking purposes are to be done for non-technical jobs or semi-technical jobs. One purpose is to avoid jobs becoming monotonous.
The above can be the basis for job rotation broadly speaking... any comments?
