Hi,

Basically, it is a cyclic process to overcome any shortcomings during the evaluation of training steps taken:
1. Just revise the contents as per feedback of the said training program to make it more effective for future programs (like topics to be dropped, topics to be added).
2. Faculty plays an important role in the effectiveness, so as per the evaluation, we can change the faculty or give them extra time/sessions based on the evaluated report.

Furthermore, it all depends on the shortfalls detected/observed by evaluation, so only accordingly can we take measures (the process of evaluation also plays an important role in properly assessing effectiveness).

Please provide details on the evaluation report of the training program so that suggestions can be made to enhance the effectiveness. Let's take a case study to substantiate. Please shed more light on the type of shortcomings for further discussion.

With best regards,
