Hi all,

I had attended an NLP program some time back and thought I would share my thoughts on this. NLP can be used in counseling and as part of recruitment tools, such as communication, body language, tones, etc. There are certain techniques, for example, "How to deal with difficult people", that take a lot of time and mental study. Furthermore, with various cross-cultural differences globally, how does this work?

Can anyone with more knowledge kindly share their views or experiences?

Dear Anu,

Namaskar.

NLP is a therapeutic technique. I wonder if such a cumbersome technique can be used in recruitment. The first and foremost condition in any psychological intervention is that the client will have to volunteer. Why would a difficult person volunteer, especially to a cumbersome method like NLP?
