I need the parameters or any method to be used to find out the best teams in the organzation. Our organization is into travel and destination management.

Hi Sweetner: You can introduce this award in work only if the work of different teams is identical and comparable. Otherwise, it should not be introduced. For instance, in your case of travel business, one team may be doing local travel bookings; another in foriegn travel and yet another may be rendering services like getting the custommers passport/visa and the like. In such cases, we cannot have uniform paramters. Some times, a senior and experienced employee in one team may have a lot of knowlege and information in many functions. Suppose he shares his knowledge to other teams in critical times, how do you decide on who did best.
