How to identify fake candidate experience and if we come to know candidate is fake ,then what is the legal action to be taken ?

Hi Meera,

I am asking, do fake candidates in IT companies survive by entering as contract employees, i.e., they won't have a PAN card as their salary is paid via open cheque or in cash. My sincere question is, is it fair to fake experience or not?
