Incase if any employee takes leave before the national holiday or festival holiday den that day will not be counted in the leave tenure......and the leave of that employee will be counted from next day onwards (d day after the holiday).....
The rest leaves deoends upon the "Leave POlicy of your company"......

Myself Pradeep, working in private limited compnay would like to som clearification on availing leave.
As I have taken one day leave on Saturday (CL- went out of station), and rerutned on Sunday night.
Sicne when returning from journey, I was affected by viral fever and could not rejoin on monday which supossed to be my joining day, hence taken rest and on tuesday I have sumitted SL with Medical Certificate.
Sir, request please advise me if the sunday will be calculted in my leave and (it will be treaded as 3 days leave (Saturday/Sunday/Monday) or only Saturday as CL and Monday as SL will be marked in my record. (only for 2 days).
Awaitng your prompt reply on said request.

if an employee takes an off immediate before or after an public holiday, that sould be considered as a leave....
Actually, we may or may not follow this protocol, if you want to implement this policy, then we need to consider many things... so that we can justify the policy that we follow.

Actually employee taken leave from friday to thrusday than saterday and sunday or any holiday will come in that duration it will be calculate as leave, because weekly off or holiday will be payable if employee will be present before or after the weekly off or holiday.

#AnonymousYa we will include holiday also as leave but on the national holiday he will show the certificete to attend the national holiday at any place so we holiday will not take as a leave.
