Dear all,
i am new in this field. My boss want me to make non performance policy which include if any employee will not achieved his/her target that much % is deducted from his/her salary.
I am confused
Is it correct to implement this type of policy?

Thanks for such a wonderful post...
i have such a wonderful boss around....but some how i manage to trouble her:confused: ...i know that there is some thing wrong in the way i approach her ... but was not able to figure it out all this while...thats when a came across ur post...am just half way through the doc. and am sure its gona be very useful...keep up the gud work:-P
