Am new in HR field am confused how should i mentain salary structure of our emplyoee in my organisation HR dep also new?please help me how should i prepare their revised salary,CTC,pf,Bonus?

Hi Pallavi,
Do you have technology deployed at your firm? If yes you could maintain it on the payroll module.
Else you could make use of excel. But that would be a tedious process unless you have a defined salary structure for employees at specific levels.

Thanks, actually our organisation establised in 2006 that we have right now 25 employee among that some is on contract basi and some in permantat basis so before me all record mentained by manually there was no HR so now i have mentain in excel but its very tedious,i cant make very neatly there salary break -up, and revised salary etc. so please tell me which s/w is best that i can suggest to my company for purchse and i have no ideas about PF and all that things
