Hi Sona / Sagi
First, request come out of the faith system that HR person cannot be in the good books of the Management as well as the employees.
This is exactly what as a HR person one has to learn and once you learn this knack of handling different sect of people, you are there...!
Second, Attrition is equally an important aspect of HR - infact more important than even Recruitment sometimes
Like one disposes off unwanted junks and liabilities at home, for an organisation to be healthy, attritions are crucial. Else, over a period of time, there will be more of people liabilities in the organisation than an healthy manpower environment
All the very best to handle attriotions with equally positive spirit as is done for Recruitment
