As per the principle of natural justice, bond may not hold good in the court of law but the chances are 50-50 because there will be offer and acceptence from both parties...

i have problem with my employer, please read patiently and give me some advise on it.

i joined in an it firm one year back for a pay of 5000 as a trainee which is very low when compared to the industry standard.

they had taken sign on bond for 2 lakhs and time period of 2 years.

they had taken my 10th class original marks list.

they said that they will do the increment after 6 months and they had not done so.

even after completing one year they are not giving the increment and asking to wait for 3 to 4 months for an increment of 2000 and showing the present economic reasons as the cause.

they had not given any training and iam not willing to work there.

when i asked them to let me go they asked me to pay 3 months salary and in case if i dont pay they won't give my marks list and threatened me of a legal suit.

i dont know what to do.
iam not getting any increment for the past one year and now threatning with my original 10th certificate.

do they have the right to claim me legally.please guide me sir.
thanking u.
