Would like to know the following matters pertaining to TN Shops and Establishments Act 1947.
1. Who is the Relevant Authority under which the shops are registered -Asst.Inspector Labour. (If iam right) where is this office located and the procedure for registeration.
2. What are the statutory registers to be maintained under this act.
3. What is the minimum basic salary to be fixed to the staff working (If this is covered under minimum wages notification books)
4. Can the employees start a union and what will be the proceedure to do so.
