Hi Archana,
For starters, your in hand salary will be Rs. 18,833 (20,083 - 1250 in medical bills) if you don't submit medical bills. If you do, it will be Rs. 20,083.
As for joining the RPO and being on their rolls or not, you will not be on the rolls of either company. They have very clearly mentioned that you will be a contract employee.
Lastly, whether you should join them or not, I would advice you against it. With the current recession in the US markets, all outsourcing companies are turning to such contracts to ensure they don't have to carry an employees.
I understand your current job is not with a reputed concern, but still it is a steady job, with no chances of your being removed in the near future. With the new offer, it is a guarantee that you will be out of a job in 9 months.
So, stick to your present job and look for better permanent opportunities.

Hi,
I would suggest you to stay with your current job. In all means the present job is worth. All the difference here is 3,000 and you are taking chance for contract job. You can take chance if it is for the regular job even then the 3,000 is never an amount these days to take a chance. As you said that you are not a fresher, be calm and stay tuned for better openings. I hope you will get the right job.

Dear Archana,
I will suggest you to go with whatever Sweta, Veena are saying. See, in these kind of jobs, though they say that they will take you on rolls based on your performance, that may not be the case. They may tell you that since they do not have a position they cannot confirm you - on which ever rolls.
My suggestion to you would be, keep going with your present job and keep hunting for a better and rewarding opportunity. Do not make any decision in haste as that may be detrimental to your career.
You said that you are not satisfied with your present job. Dear, such phases do come and you need to endure it. Keep sharpening your saw and you will certainly get a better opportunity.
All the Best!

Hi Archana,
I too agree with shweta. "just for a hike of 3000/- you should not switch to a contaract job". Have faith and be there with your current company. As you have 2 yrs of exp. more and good offer will come.
Don't worry, be positive and keep smiling.
Thanks,
Manoj

Dear Archana,
Its pretty useless to accept this offer. Hike is around 18 - 20% which is not very huge. You have 2 yrs of work experience and long way to go in your professional life; so accepting a contractual job wont be a good choice. It may give poor impact on your resume in future.
So Archana, I believe, initially profile is important rather than brand (that to in contractual basis).
So be happy with your present job. Good opportunity will definitely come to your way.
All the best!

HI Archana,
1) Your take home salary is Rs. 18,583/-
2) I personaly feel that you should not join this company now as it is going to be a total mess at the client site.
3) You will be on the payrole of the RPO and not the client.
I hope I have answered all your querries.
