How are you? I hope you all are fine. Can anyone provide me a sample of an agreement for outsourcing with all Terms & Conditions?
In detail: I am in an Engineering Group of Company, and we have just started a new company where we will be outsourcing manpower for our foreign collaborators. This is the first time I am asked to make such a contract. Please let me know how should I start. I request you to please send me a sample of such an agreement.
