I am currently working with a well-reputed software company in Hyderabad. My husband is in development, and he needs to travel often to different countries. Since I don't have any family members in Hyderabad, it's tough for me to stay alone for a long time. I am stuck between my career and family.
My husband wants me to join him wherever he goes, but in this case, I would have to leave my HR career and become a housewife. I have another option, and I would like to hear your suggestions.
My husband works as an Oracle HRMS functional consultant. He mentioned that if I learn it, it would be easier for me to join his company as a functional consultant, and then we could travel together for any projects.
My question is: Is it possible to learn Oracle HRMS functionals? I am currently dealing with Oracle HRMS as part of HR for records.
Please suggest to me what you think the better option would be.
