can you help me drafting a contract of training agreement for our IT staffs. They will undergo training for a months, and the company would like to have an agreement which requiring them to stay for 2 years. The company would like to ensure that they will not leave after the company paid for it.

I want an agreement for my employee .. She/he should be there in company for 3 years. and before leaving 60 days of notice period is required.


You should add even more details regarding the notice period served by the employee.

i have selected in prathama bank as a office assistant and then...

Due to recession in market, we donít want to dismiss them from work, but we want to decrease the salary. So they can survive as well and we sustain in market. Weather we can do it? If yes then, what will be the legal procedure?
