Can you please brief about the hierarchy in HR in your organisation.
Also the kind of experience level you are requiring, and a little clarity with the term "lighting Industry" since i'm unable to understand the industry and the skill sets required as per the industry.

well he/she will be reporting to GM(Admin) while GM(Admin) will report to VP-Operations will be posted in corporate office ,lighting industry means industries those who delas with various electrical items with project lighting like litup of malls ,designing of lighting requirement and making them available of suitable lightings,You can note lighting design and supply to malls,hospitals,cinema halls ,highways and offcial lighting solution etc.
