Hi Peer Mohd,

Fantastic stuff there! Every single one of those attachments proves beneficial for understanding every dimension of interviewing, assessment, recruitment, and collaborative psychological traits from both perspectives - one interviewing and the other being interviewed :)

Thank you.

Hi,

I completed my MBA in HR and worked as an IT Recruiter for six months. Due to personal reasons, I didn't work for a few years, and now I am in search of a job.

My question is: I did my B.Sc in Computers... In almost all interviews, they ask me why I switched from computers to MBA. I don't know how to give a convincing answer... Can you kindly suggest something for me?

Thank you.
