hey...apparently counting stars is a very effective way to beat stress n also eatin a lil chocolate... both of these really work.....experienced :D n if u combine both....nothin like it... :wink:

i think sunayna i has given good stress relieve formula. but i donot know how far it will work out in the work stress. i think but as people say in general meditation and exercise are best tablets for stress relief. may that can work out well too..

Dear friends,
Life and livelihood must go parallel. Beating stress naturally goes to life sector. But How many are interested in reshaping life? I think life goes spontaneously.
In any case i run a 5+5=10 days course on "stress, healthy coping and constructive empowerment..." Participants go being highly satisfied.

hi people,
stress can be cleared even if you talk good bath.. ya ven talkin bath daily in the moring is needed remember that...
then may be good sleep for some hours..
or having some drinks..
normally to say.. divertin your mind to those thin which you like.. so that can make u get out of stress.
since sunayna u may be liking to get drenched in rain so you liked it andf felt stressless since you forgot about that stress that time and differen mood...
