Thanks for the document. i have prepared the ppt for induction i want clarification in sequence, like after the company intro wat shud i present.
First i shud talk about code of conduct then HR policy or first HR policy and then code of conduct.
And am looking for another word for code of conduct.
Please clear my doubts. waiting for the reply.

I am working in a company which is 1.5 years old. i am single-handling all the activities of HR. Currently m working on HR manual. But i need some help from you all. i would like to know how compensation policy can be formed. if possible can anyone send me the document of compensation policy to which i can refer. i would be hihgly obliged for the help.

11) Employee Benefit Policy (Like PF, ESI, Mediclaim, Leaves...)
12) Information about HR
