plz give me some information on how to assess talent of an existing employee.
i mean are ther any tools to assess the same. a questionaaire format is my prefernce. provide me some help on the framing the questionnnaire

Dear, I am facing problem in analysis of some of the data.
My data is as
No. of Samples N.
A Column having (A1, A2, A3, A4) sub columns,
B Column having (B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6) sub columns,
C Column having (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7) sub columns,
H Column having (H1, H2, H3, H4) sub columns.
I want to analysis these samples with the help of 7-scale ANOVA and Factor analysis.
If anyone who is very good in analysis, kindly mail me the process of analysis (step by step) by considering my above data format. (I do have SPSS and other reputed software.)
