Recently I got a information that XLRI has started one year certificate course in human resourse(PGCHRM) in all over india.They will teach us through setelite in our cities.Their fees is Rs.1,80,000
I have done law,MBA(HR)online from symbiosis through distance learning.
MLM(masters of labour management) from madurai kamraj university through distance learning.
I am confused.After this much of qualification. Will this certificate course help me in my career growth?

I don't think so .....you need to have a regular mba if at all you want to hit the bull .
You can think of the 1 year MBA programmes ....it depends what sort of risk u can take and other details
