Dear All,
I've been recently hired by a start-up company, which deals in automated WEEE processing. Although the team is small at present but is going to expand a lot in next couple of months. They expect me to lay HR Policies and set-up HR Dept. for the company. Since I have very small (u can say negligible) exposure to HR world, I need help from you guys, how to go about it from scratch.
Dos and Don'ts list.
Even the smallest of the things, I don't want to miss.
Kindly guide me.
Regards,

Dear akankshakukhraniya,
Prepare a proposal of HR POLICIES in presentation form and then present that proposal in front of management. After presenting that proposal discuss the PROS and CONS of those proposed policies. When discussed , ask them to sign it. I m sure going this way , your policies will get signed by management and u would be able to implement the policies in your company.
