Hi Professional team, I am working as HR Manager in a vehicle dealership company in Ernakulam, KERALA state. It is a new company, so all the things should be implemented from the base level. My question is regarding the Payslip. I want to know the actual split up of gross salary - like the percentages to find the Basic, DA, HRA, and other allowances according to the minimum wages act. For Example, if the gross salary is 17000 what would be the Basic, DA, HRA etc according to minimum wages in KERALA?

If the gross salary is Rs 17000, follow the minimum wages notification as it is. In respect of highly paid employees, you can make a pro rata increase in allowances other than DA.
