I have recently started a placement consultancy and we charge from companies but not getting good results for the profiles i am working upon. I had bought shine portal as well but it didn't gave any results. Kindly help me with how should i move forward with this and get some results. Also how to approach big clients for association.
Which portal other then Naukri is best for IT recruitment's.
