Dear Friends, Please enlighten me on the following; An employee who has joined an organization on 21st March 2016, is he/ she eligible to get bonus declared for the year 2015-2016 as per the Bonus Act. Welcoming feedback on the same.

As per act employees need to work 30 days in the financial year from date of joining, i think they only eligible for bonus.
