Dear Priya ji,
Let me first congratulate you on getting selected with one of the leading premium business schools in our country. Certainly this certificate course will add on to your value.
I am sure, one day you will be a matured HR Expert on completing this certificate course. You will not use any short-form as you used in this post. You will not use any short-cut in your professional life.
My best wishes!

While congratulating the poster for securing admission to a famous institution,I must also advice all posters in correspondence please use correct spelling, grammar, avoid short forms which are not universally acceptable.
This short forms, abbreviated writings are a result of our SMS culture.
They need to be avoided in such forums or official correspondence.
First impression of any correspondence is by seeing how the facts/views are presented in writing.
Take care in writing and half the battle is won.

Hello Priya,
Please share course details.
Course is full time or third party distance education ?
XLRI Jamshedpur have started distance education and i am not sure about the eligibility of course.
Third party is providing certificate assurity only, please confirm from them about Placement Assistance.
I will not give you an advice to join these course if its Distance education course. No need to take a loan for any distance education.
PS: Personal Opinion.

Ashish

Hi Ashish,
its a satellite programme with 2 days class in a week for 1 year, there is no placement assistance.
Certificate will be awarded by XLRI only.
Fee is around 2.50 Lakh
As i dont have any exp in HR, so i am getting very confused whether i should do this or should try after year or two.

Hi Vishnu Priya,

Now you have more or less enough details to make a decision.

Since your superior has started allotting HR jobs, you have already made a beginning in gathering experience. You are the best judge to know how much of HR work you are doing now and how much you will continue to do in the days to come.So please do not worry about experience. Take it as something that is already there.

Once the certification is from XLRI there should not be any problem in recognition.

If yours is not the first batch, you can seek the advice of your seniors in this matter.

According to me the most important point from my side is to take the comments made by Shri Nathrao seriously.

Whether you decide to do the XLRI course or not there is an immediate need to check and correct your style of writing.

After finishing a draft fully, go through it to see that everything is written properly and correctly.

It does not take more than two or three minutes to read the contents stacked in a full page of A 4 size.

Communication skills are important and go a long way in one’s career and beyond.I hope when you make your next posting, you will take those extra minutes to make a good readable presentation.
