These are some questions related to my marriage, i am facing in interviews.

HI,
Though it is very obvious situation but you need to tackle it very well. When such questions are ask you can say it will be done whenever its on cards and I can't predict that . Whenever it will happen I will not leave your company I will take 15 days leave and I will manage the things as my career is equally important. U can say anything but you should be confident when you are answering such questions.

hi seema,
I am reena from Mumbai.
I know where you come from as I have been in a similar situation a year back until i got married,.
well it is very simple to answer this question ..if you know you gonna wqork and u want to qork whether it is marriage or no marriage you simply need to say that I do not believe in career compromise if a family and a guy who does not believe in a working partner or a daughter in law im sorry i am not made for them and therefore the question of leaving a company for marraige just doesnot arise.
secondly you also do need to mention that marriage being such an auspicious occasion you would definetely want to take a brea from work and enjoy your best so that when u return u know how to maintain work life balance adn not involve yourself too much into mushy ideas , etc.
hope i am of some help.
regards,
reena

Hi Seema,
I agree with Reena and Pooja.
Just keep in mind that this question is usually asked by the interviewer to check the following:
Your priorities in life
Your long term goals / future plans
Your likely tenure with this company
ALSO YOUR HONESTY
I would suggest do not try to be diplomatic for once. Tell them the facts. Like if you are really not sure when you are likely to get married, you can try telling something like this...
"No plans as such in immediate future. But again it might happen at any time as I am just waiting for the right person. Though getting married is qually important to me right now, it shall in no way affect my commitment towards the company. This is because I am looking for a partner who respects my financial independence and also my profession."

hi,
As rightly pointed out by many of them you try to be straight forward and confident while answering. This question mainly comes becoz many girls relocate after wedding..obviously any company will have a fear of loosing the candidate who has got groomed in the atmosphere for sometime.
Your answer can be like:
" I am also seriously looking for the right person who will best fit my interests. This includes me not relocating or stop working post wedding. Therefore I think though it is important for me, its not a matter of concern with respect to my job!"
Hope this helps your need..
Best wishes,
Janani
