Dear Seniors,

I am an HR professional (Admin and recruitment) with 6 years experience and now I am thinking of going for an SAP training course which is going to cost me in lakhs. The reason for my decision is purely based on a belief that by undergoing this training I will be able to get a better career in Human Resource field. I believe this will open doors for new industry so I will be able to enter other industry as my current industry is into construction and infrastructure.

I need guidance from my seniors who are established SAP professionals that is my decision right to go for a SAP course? and if yes is it really worth to invest more than a couple of lakhs rupees for such a course and what are the odds of me recovering this money and career growth.

This course needs me to invest full time 30 days which means I need to resign from my current job and undergo this course. I do know about an option of online course but fulltime course will be better in respect to learning and also i will get personal attention.

I really need your genuine opinion seniors. I will appreciate if you will be very realistic in your thoughts and opinion.

Best Regards,
